Mark Di Masi
Mark Di Masi is a respected and trusted leader in Western Australia’s business community after decades in the home building and land development industry.
As well as guiding the strategic direction of the Di Masi Group of companies, Mark, along with his brother Phil, were at the helm of the Ventura Home Group – taking it from the company they started as Ventura Homes in 1993 to a position as Western Australia’s second largest home builder.
With his extensive experience Mark has not only helped thousands of people achieve their home building goals, he understands the criticality of effective partnerships and supply chain reliability in helping business achieve financial and reputational strength.
Combined with a strong values-based approach, Mark’s philosophy is simple – partner with like minded individuals or companies who understand that success is based on hard work and aligned outcomes.
Having achieved sustained success, in the at times volatile building industry, Mark has a proven talent for effective business strategy which can be adapted to mitigate risk while protecting business performance.
His passion for quality and a reputation for innovation and enhanced customer experience has seen him become one of the longest serving committee members at the Housing Industry Association in Western Australia (HIA) and has been a Chief Judge of the Association’s prestigious housing awards program.
